ACCOUNTANCY SERVICES

We are in a position to assist small companies and sole traders in producing periodic management information (e.g. Monthly Accounts, Stock Control etc.) Staff are also available for the maintenance of books and records including the preparation and submission of PAYE and VAT Returns to the Revenue Commissioners. This is particularly useful where the size of the client's business does not warrant the expense of a full-time accountant or perhaps qualified book-keeper.

TAXATION

Maura Duffy is in charge of the Taxation Department. In addition to taxation compliance work such as agreeing clients' tax liabilities with the Revenue Commissioners, we advise clients on all aspects of corporate and personal taxation, capital gains, capital acquisition taxes, VAT, PAYE and estate planning. This involves being fully up to date and acquainted with existing tax legislation in order to be aware of what reliefs and allowances are available, how to structure a client's business and personal affairs to minimise the taxation effect on profits, personal income and capital.
